The literary club of A.G Public school academic year 2019 -20  was inaugurated on 17/07/2019 by Sri Kunnumpuram Radhakrishnan, famous young poet, journalist, playwright and lyricist.  The function was presided over by the School Principal Smt. Marykutty Jose.  The Chief Guest made the students aware of the importance of art and literature through his lecture.  Certain lyrics which he quoted from his own poem were inspirational.  The students of 8^th 9^th and 10^th standards attended the programme.  The principal Mrs.  Marykutty Jose made a  warm welcome speech.  The students of AGPS staged different programmes in the function.  The journey of our students in the world of stories and poems was undoubtedly an exceptional experience.  The assembly was  conducted in Malayalam.  Later Sri Radhakrishnan and  Smt Marykutty Jose released the manuscript magazine prepared by the 10^th standard batch of 2018-19,  similarly programmes to be conducted by the literary club were decided.  The chief guest appreciated the A G Public School for its love, unity and peace and inscribed it  in the visitor’s book.  The function came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Mrs Rejitha.
